We represent the complete line of products by The CopperSmith.  As the Master Online Distributor for The CopperSmith, if they make it, we can supply it.  Including custom lanterns or mounting to suit the most discriminating buyer.

The extensive CopperSmith line has 30 familes of lanterns and over 3000 possible combinations, making it the most extensive Copper Lantern Line on the market.  Customize your lantern with their extensive selection of accessories and mountings or talk to us about a custom lantern.  The Coppersmith is the owner & designer of the patented Weiyan Flame Simulation technology.  This option is available on all CopperSmith Lanterns.  Patented E-Lyte Electric Igniters are also available on lanterns by The CopperSmith.   Loking for flame simulation bulbs, look no further.  The LED candelabra base Golf Flame bulbs are the most realistic on the market. 

 

 

 

Warranty

 

All Gulf Coast and CopperSmith lanterns have a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.  Glass is covered free for 1 year from original purchase, beyond that,  sets of tempered glass can be purchased for a nominal  fee.  Electronic Igniters for The CopperSmith have a 1 year warranty, modular in design for easy replacement in the field.  

 

 

 

Returns

 

Damaged or defective lanterns will be replaced.  We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving your lantern if you encounter any shipping damage so we can handle your replacement promptly.  Call us right away if you run into any issues once the lantern is installed.  Please follow the directions included with all lanterns and use only licensed Plumbers and Electricians to install your products.  Please remember that labor is not covered under the warranty.  By consulting with us before you buy, you lessen the possibility of ordering the wrong size or mounting.  We are happy to help you make the best selection because we do reserve the right to access a re-stocking fee and freight reimbursement to cover the original free freight for all returns other than damaged & defective returns, which will be replaced.  If you choose not to take a replacment lantern, the return will be handled as a non-damaged/defective return.  No products may be returned for credit without our permission or without a RMA number being issued.  Under no circumstances are installed or modified products returnable unless they are defective.  Remember most issues can be handled without expensive return costs.  Give us a call 800-910-3275.
